Welcome to the official iPhone/iPod App for Christ Church PCA of Katy, Texas—a Presbyterian congregation with over a dozen different national backgrounds in the fast-growing western suburb of Houston.

The universal appeal of the Bible we enjoy in our fellowship awaits you, as you listen to sermons on Bible passages or topics of personal interest. With offline access capability, you can download messages and share reflections with friends via Twitter, Facebook, or email, as well as access blog posts and the church calendar.

Additionally, every page you visit and audio message you play is saved for offline use, so you can listen on the go even if you have no coverage or you dont want to use your cellular data plan. (Data can be restricted to WiFi only in the settings.)

The Christ Church PCA iPhone App was created by Reid Rankin, and is based on some great open-source components, including InAppSettingsKit, a customized version of Rob Napiers RNCachingURLProtocol, and the popular AFNetworking framework.

This app also contains the TestFlight SDK, a usage statistics kit that anonymously collects usage statistics and reports crash logs automatically. This helps us improve the app by giving us important technical data regarding users experiences. However, it is easy to completely disable this functionality from the settings page if youd prefer.
